Endpoints
Use the global endpoint unless data residency requires otherwise. The transport is Streamable HTTP, so configure your client with type
http rather than stdio or sse.
Keys are scoped to the account they were created in. A key from your EU account will not authenticate against the global endpoint, and the failure looks like a permission error rather than a bad key.
