Sylvia Si-Wei Lu is an academic researcher and J.S.D. candidate at U.C. Berkeley School of Law, where her research interests include artificial intelligence regulation, data governance, data privacy and more. She holds an LL.M from the UC Berkeley School of Law and the National Tsing Hua University, Institute of Law for Science and Technology.
