Tsion Behailu is a Founding Engineer at Arize AI and a Forbes 30 Under 30 (Enterprise Technology) honoree. Before Arize, Behailu was a Software Engineer at Google. She has a BA in computer science from the University of California, Berkeley.

Manisha Sharma

Founding Engineer at Arize

Manisha Sharma is a Founding Engineer at Arize AI and a Forbes 30 Under 30 (Enterprise Technology) honoree. Before joining Arize, Sharma was a Senior Frontend Software Engineer at Slack and Pandora. She has a BS in cognitive science from the University of California, Berkeley.

Elham Kheradmand

Member of Women in AI Montreal and postdoc fellow in sustainable finance and AI

Elham is a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Montreal working on developing machine learning methods in sustainable finance, especially climate change-related topics. She is also a lead AI scientist at Clearsum. At AI Launch Lab, she is an AI project manager and supports students to successfully accomplish AI-based projects.

Dominique Drouin

Lead Technical Recruiter at Unity

Dominique has been in technical recruitment for almost 7 years now and has specialized in the gaming industry and machine learning types roles over the years. In very short, she is passionate about helping motivated people find their dream jobs. Amber Roberts

Amber Roberts is an astrophysicist and machine learning engineer who was previously the Head of AI at Insight Data Science. Since then she has been at Splunk in their ML Product Org to build out ML feature solutions as a ML Product Manager. She now joins us at Arize as a ML Sales Engineer looking to help teams across industries build ML Observability into their productionalized AI environments.
