Arize:Observe – Doordash’s ML Observability journey

As one of the largest logistics companies in the U.S., DoorDash relies on its machine learning infrastructure to deploy models into production that ensure a consistent experience for customers. As such, applying observability best practices to its ML models at a system level is critical. In this session, Hien Luu and Nachiket Paranjape from Doordash will provide an overview of their ML platform and cover why they invested in model observability, how they chose a model monitoring approach and why they think about ML model monitoring as a DevOps system.
